December Favourites// 2014
I'm going to make this quite a brief post as soon I will be doing a '2014 Favorites' along with my 'Photos of the Year' post. Again, it's been a hectic month and I've been too drawn into my coursework and placement to take note of the world around me. But here are my favorite things of December 2014...

I wonder if Ferne did get her sack of morals... |
1. TOWIE Christmas Special 2014
I went to meet one of my best friend's, Amy, during the holidays and we went back to hers to watch some TOWIE. One of the episodes we watched was this year's Christmas special and it was fantastic. We went from shouting at the screen to being in fits of laughter (that's how sad and overly attached we are). My favorite bits were the arguments between Dani, Gemma and Ferne. I absolutely love Gemma, she has so many morals and again she was doing the right thing by telling Dani what Ferne had been saying about her, ultimately causing a big, fat TOWIE bust up! This argument concluded with Gemma parring Ferne with 'Merry Christmas, I hope Santa brings you a massive sack of morals because you obviously need it'. BOOM.

2. Christmas Day and my Birthday
I had a fantastic week celebrating my 18th with friends, family and my boyfriend. I was so spoilt and would like to thank everyone again for such a lovely week and all the presents for both my birthday and Christmas. Celebrations included going for my first legal night out in Stafford, a meal at Wing Wah's and a meal at mine with family and Tom on the actual day of my birthday. The build up to Christmas began with traveling to Essex to see Tom's dad and meet some more of his family, all of which were absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome. Again, I was spoilt and would like to thank everyone for my Christmas presents too!

3. Clubbing and Bar Crawls
Since I turned 18 I've only been out once but it was such an amazing night! I went to Stafford with Tom, Emily (who I hadn't seen for nearly a year and a half), Danny and Tom 2. I had such a great time and loved every minute of it, besides waiting for a pre-booked taxi for two and a half hours in heels and freezing cold weather. It's actually incredible how confident I get when drunk and how many friends you can make. The club we went to, Couture in Stafford, was perfect that night. It was busy but not absolutely packed so I wasn't too anxious. I will be doing it again very soon once I have got rid of this horrendous cold and when the boyfriend gets back from Oman. Bring it!

4. My work placement
I am currently doing work experience at my local primary school and I am loving it! I started this during summer but had to stop so I could get going on my current course. I am absolutely loving it and it is making me wish I'd applied for a course in primary teaching originally rather than photography even more. Many of you will know though, I now have an interview for Buxton college to study this desired course which I will hopefully be staring in September, 2015.
5. Discovering who my real friends are
I am aware that some of the things I say might get people's backs up a bit. I am a hard person to get on with but I can assure you, I am as soft as tripe and I am purely moulded by the things I have been through and the people I have met. Give me a chance, and I will be lovely to you as long as I get mutual levels of respect. Tom keeps me grounded and calm. I cannot begin to explain how lucky I am to have him not just as a boyfriend but a calming influence and someone who can interpret situations for me before I read into them too much and go absolutely bat shit crazy. Along with this, I've found the small but precious group of friends I have that have stood by me through everything no matter how frustrating I am sometimes. Thank you all xo
I am aware I promised to do a vlog entry for YouTube (Q&A on Domestic Violence and my experience). Basically, I was prepared to film it for when I said I was going to film it but I had a dreadful cold and lost my voice. Then obviously it's been my birthday and Christmas which I've had to prepare for and I didn't want to cause any upsets for viewers around a time which should be happy. I do have a cold again which will hopefully go away soon but the vlog will hopefully be made and posted within two weeks of the new year. Thank you for understanding and stay tuned. Love you all xoxox
