Burning Christmas Calories

Many of you know I have struggled with my eating habits and have been binge eating then purging since the age of 14. This has given me a few health repercussions. I have now been discharged from CAHMS and have recently turned eighteen so I thought now is the time to turn over a new leaf and re-gain body confidence but in a healthy way rather than putting my body under strain. I will do this by eating a balanced diet and exercising frequently. I don't plan on losing too much weight as I am confident with my dress size but it has come to my attention that I have body parts that feel and look bigger than they should be. I am lucky enough to have a brother who has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and who will be able to help me along with way with his knowledge.
Here are some images of what I aspire to be my final outcome and some of the exercises I will be doing to achieve it.
