Uplifting Quotes: December | Mental Health
We all have those days...
Life can be an absolute pain in the bum. And sadly, for those with mental health difficulties Winter can be a particularly tough season. For the last three months I have experienced many panic attacks and emotional meltdowns due to a variety of reasons. Some can be explained, some cannot.
To get by, I have been looking for some quotes to spur me on through the season, as well as through my deadlines which haven't really made things much better. I'm going to try and do posts like this once every week, as we can never really predict what's around the corner and what might suddenly bring us down. I hope some you find these quotes as useful as I have, and that they work well in times of need. Before I share them with you, here are some ideas for keeping certain quotes you like handy:
1. Save it as a home screen or lock screen on your phone/tablet/computer
2. Shrink it down to wallet or pocket size and carry it where ever you go
3. Copy some down on post-it notes and stick them around your room and on your mirror
4. Find some more and make a little book of them
